Shipping & Returns Policy

All Sea Jewels are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days after an order has been placed. On dispatch you will be emailed so you know your order is in its way to you. All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class to be Signed for or International to be Signed for, depending on your location. For Royal Mail Estimated Delivery times, please see Postage & Packaging Fees below. 

If you do require your order sooner please contact me at [email protected] before placing your order and we can discuss the further delivery options available and appropriate fees.

If you would like your own special Sea Jewel Handcrafting for yourself or a loved one please contact me at [email protected] we can discuss designs & when you Sea Jewel would be Handcrafted by… I would love to help.

Due to the uniqueness of the Sea Jewels I can not offer Returns or Exchanges. However in the unusual event that a Sea Jewel is deemed faulty please contact me at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your Sea Jewel with the details, accompanied with a picture & a replacement item can be discussed & arranged as soon as possible.

 

Postage & Packaging Fees 

UK: First Class to be Signed for is £4 (Once dispatched, please allow 3-5 working days to be delivered by Royal Mail).

Europe & Ireland: International to be Signed for is £10 (Once dispatched, please allow 5-7 working days to be delivered by Royal Mail – *Please note* Items are only tracked in the UK).

Rest of the World: International to be Signed for is £15 (Once dispatched please allow 10-14 working days to be delivered by Royal Mail – *Please note* Items are only tracked in the UK).

*Please note* – For large orders there may be a slight increase in price due to the size of the package, but this will always be discussed & agreed before dispatch.
